SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

BlossomArts ships to the following country: United States, Canda, Mexico , England.
Items shipped to Canada,England and Mexico may be subjected to custom charges which will have to be paid by the buyer and is not responsibility of Seller( BlossomArts). All items shipped to United States will be insured upto 100 USD. and is , carefully packaged and delivered Carrier.Buyers from other countries may purchase insurance for shipping.
Shipping is free for Jewlelery or clothing item and large items will be shipped with additional cost.
BlossomArt is not responsible for any damage during Shipping.

Return Policy for Online Orders:
All online sales are final. All online purchases may be cancelled within 24-Hours of purchase with the exception of shipping labels. Purchasers MUST contact BlossomArts at sales@blossomarts.us and Request for refund in writing within 24 Hours of purchase. If a shipping label was created for purchase within the cancellation period of 24-Hours, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs and shipping cost difference will be removed from the refund and a partial refund will be applied. All 24-Hour cancellations are subject to up to a 5%-10% Transaction fee. Insufficient Stock. In the event BlossomArts is unable to fulfill a purchase because an item is no longer in stock or backordered, the purchaser is entitled to a FULL Refund in the form of original purchase.

Gift, Auction, or Promotional Certificates
The maximum period is 12 months from the issued date or as stated on the certificate. No cash or credit will be given for any remaining balance. Please inform cashier before transaction has begun. One certificate per transaction, no exceptions. BlossomaArt issued gift cards do not expire and may be recharged.
Special Orders
Payment in full, in advance and there is no refund on Special Order Items.
